Yearbook Class teaches students essential skills in photography, design, journalism, communication and organization. The course challenges students to think creatively and meet real-world deadlines. Working both individually and in teams, students are responsible for designing spreads, writing content, and covering school events. Collaboration and communication are key as students bring together diverse elements to create a cohesive final product. By the end of the course, students will have contributed to a professionally printed yearbook that captures the spirit and memories of the school year. It is somewhat uncommon for yearbook to be a class, so students have the unique experience of working on this real world project as a team for the entire school year.
